A life shaped by vision, reinvention, and learning to see differently.

I’ve always been a seeker.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the inner life.

I’ve turned to books, spiritual teachings, writing, reflection, and practices that helped me understand myself more deeply and navigate the harder chapters of my life.

I learned early that the way we see our circumstances matters. The stories we tell ourselves can keep us tethered to the past—or help us imagine a different future.

Over time, that curiosity became a way of living. I began to understand that transformation isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about seeing more clearly who you already are, what you truly want, and what becomes possible when you begin trusting your own inner wisdom.

That understanding became the foundation of my work today.

Learning to Begin Again

In my early thirties, I found myself navigating a painful divorce and raising my daughter as a single mother. The life I had imagined had changed completely, and I had to begin creating a new vision for what our future could look like.

Those years taught me something I still believe deeply: we can grieve the life we thought we would have while still creating a beautiful life from where we are.

I gave myself permission to keep dreaming—for my daughter, but also for myself. Slowly, I began building a new life: creating a home, growing my career, finding my own strength, and learning to trust that a different future was possible.

That experience shaped so much of what I believe today: we are not limited to the story we have been living. We can see differently, choose differently, and begin again.

A Career Built Around Vision

For nearly two decades, my work was quite literally about vision.

As an optometrist and practice owner, I spent my career helping people see the world more clearly. I loved the precision of the work, the connection with my patients, and the experience of building businesses of my own.

Years later, when I began coaching, I recognized a connection I could never have planned.

We all see our lives through a lens—one shaped by our experiences, relationships, expectations, fears, and the stories we have come to believe about ourselves.

Sometimes that lens helps us move toward the life we want. Sometimes it quietly keeps us repeating the past.

My work is still about helping people see more clearly. The vision has simply become more personal.

The Work I Was Meant to Do

Becoming a coach brought together threads that had been running through my life for years: my fascination with transformation, my spiritual curiosity, my love of writing and reflection, my own experiences of reinvention, and a career spent thinking about how we see.

The True Lens Method™ grew from that intersection.

Today, I help women recognize the lens through which they have been seeing themselves and their lives, reconnect with what they truly want, and create a vision for what comes next.

My work is not about telling women who to become. It is about helping them see more clearly who they already are—and supporting them as they bring that woman fully into their lives.

I believe that when a woman changes the way she sees herself, she changes what she believes is possible. And from there, an entirely different life can begin.

What might become possible if you saw yourself differently?

If you’re ready to move beyond the stories and patterns that no longer fit, reconnect with what you truly want, and create a vision for what comes next, I’d love to help you explore what’s possible.
